TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AppIn48.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

AppIn48 provides mobile and web application development services including but not limited to:

• iOS and Android mobile app development
• Web application and admin panel development
• AI feature integration
• WhatsApp API integration
• Post-launch maintenance and support

Project & Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before project development begins
• Remaining 50% is due upon project delivery and your approval
• Project scope is defined at the time of agreement — additional features may incur extra charges
• Payments are non-refundable once development has started, except as outlined below

Delivery Timeline

We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline (typically 48 hours for standard apps). The 48-hour timeline begins only after:

• Advance payment is received
• All project requirements and assets are provided by the client
• Final scope is agreed upon by both parties

Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client are not our responsibility.

Revisions & Changes

• Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions after delivery
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Changes to the original agreed scope will be quoted separately
• Major feature additions after delivery are treated as new projects

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered application including source code, design assets, and all related files. AppIn48 retains the right to showcase the project (without sensitive data) in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Refund Policy

• If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline — full refund of advance payment
• If the delivered app does not match agreed specifications — we will fix it at no cost
• No refund once the final deliverable is approved by the client
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Confidentiality

We treat all project information, business ideas, and client data as strictly confidential. We will not share, disclose, or use your project information for any purpose other than delivering your project. NDAs can be signed upon request.

Limitation of Liability

AppIn48 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
